Applicants must have very strong commercial development skills in either Java, VB.NET. You must also have solid OO design experience and very strong SQL knowledge.

• Better to have experience in application development  
• Have ability on three tier analysis and design
• Have in depth knowledge of OOP and development cycle
• Have strong knowledge in : Java, ASP .Net with VB .Net or C#, CSS, MS. SQL 2005, MS IIS, MS Framework
• Good in Crystal Report , high skills of Grid Controling
• Good team worker as well as independent worker
• Familiar with any operating system, Windows family, Linux, Unix
• Must be self motivated and have strong analytical skills
• Be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
• Able to work in under pressure environment and dealing with multi-task jobs
